Automotive Sales Manager to join our leadership team.

Responsibilities:

The Sales Manager will play a central role in driving dealership success by:

Leading, mentoring, and developing the sales team.
Assisting in structuring and closing new and pre-owned vehicle transactions.
Overseeing financing coordination and lender relationships.
Supporting F&I performance and ensuring compliant disclosures.
Forecasting and tracking monthly and annual sales objectives.
Recruiting and training high-caliber sales professionals.
Maintaining and exceeding the manufacturer's sales and customer satisfaction standards.
This role requires a leader who can balance operational excellence, strong financial acumen, and a commitment to delivering a premium client experience.

Qualifications:

Minimum five years of automotive sales and management experience.
Strong knowledge of dealership sales and finance processes.
Proven leadership and team development ability.
Demonstrated record of meeting or exceeding performance objectives.
Professional communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
