Johnson Supply Mission Statement:

Texas and Western Louisiana customers with excellent services, quality products and real solutions to persistent HVAC/R repair and installation challenges. The reward of these efforts will be our customers’ loyalty.

Job Summary: This position will support and help provide the leadership and direction necessary in order to sustain the branch sales growth and to assist the Branch Manager in the achievement of the long-term goals and plans of Johnson Supply.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

Support in the supervision of branch employees
Ensure customer and employee issues are solved using company resources
Offer innovative ideas to management in support of branch success
Maintain and complete reports as directed by manager
Help support the control of operational cost
Create work schedules
Insure operational goals are being met or exceeded
Communicate and advise manager of any internal or external issues that may come up
Must have an understanding of company procedures and policies
Continuously work at attaining new business opportunities
Support and work with the outside sales consultant and branch manager on customer relations
Promote Johnson Supply in a positive and professional manner
Maintain constant communication with fellow employees
Must develop an understanding and knowledge of their territory location and

Customer base.

Support and help maintain a clean and safe work environment, in order to assure fellow employees follow the same behavior
Work with branch manager on inventory levels in order to ensure customer satisfaction
Maintain and grow in the HVAC/R industry and product knowledge and support the training of other branch employees in the same.
Assist in training of new employees
Must maintain a high level of customer service
Must interact with customers, vendors verbally as well as in writing, while maintaining the same communication skills at all levels within Johnson Supply
Must assure that all branch employees perform all duties and task in an ethical and moral manner
Continually work at meeting or exceeding the established sales volume as well as the gross and operating profit goals
Any other duties specific to your location as assigned by the branch or regional manager.

Qualifications & Skills:
High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
Valid Driver’s License with an insurable driving record
Two (2) to three (3) years industry experience
Prefer position to have experience in employee management
Must have the ability to perform intermediate business math calculations
Intermediate computer skills

Physical Requirements & Working Conditions:
This job requires the full use of vision and hearing
The ability to walk, climb stairs, carry, lift, push and pull
The ability to stand, stoop, sit, squat, flex arms, fingers, legs and feet
The working conditions for this job will be in both a climate and non climate controlled setting which may be hot and cold, and may also be noisy and dusty.
