We are seeking an experienced Aesthetic Nurse Injector who combines strong clinical skills with an artistic eye, consultative communication style, and passion for helping patients look and feel their best.

Primary Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive aesthetic consultations and develop individualized treatment plans that align with each patient's goals.
Perform medical aesthetic procedures within scope of practice, including neuromodulators, dermal fillers, biostimulatory injectables, laser and light-based treatments (including IPL and laser hair removal), RF-based technologies, microneedling, regenerative therapies, and other advanced aesthetic treatments.
Educate patients on treatment options, skincare, pre/post-care, and maintenance plans
Deliver exceptional patient experiences by fostering trust, building lasting relationships, and providing compassionate, individualized care.
Build and maintain a loyal patient base through exceptional service and follow-up
Support patient retention through timely communication and relationship management
Maintain accurate charting, photography, and treatment documentation
Assist in maintaining treatment room readiness, inventory levels, and proper care of equipment and supplies.
Participate in practice marketing initiatives, including social media content and patient education
Maintain compliance with HIPAA, infection-control protocols, and all regulatory requirements
Demonstrate professionalism, integrity, accountability, and a commitment to continuous learning while contributing positively to BeauxMD's culture and reputation.

Qualifications

Current Texas RN or NP license
2+ years of aesthetic injecting experience preferred (advanced experience strongly valued)
Demonstrated competency in facial anatomy, neuromodulators, and dermal fillers
Ability to recommend comprehensive aesthetic treatment plans
Experience with EMR systems and modern software applications
Strong professionalism, communication skills, and attention to detail
Eligibility to work in the United States
