Full Job Description

We are a U.S.-based direct hire recruiting firm placing talent across healthcare, technology, accounting, and construction sectors.
We are hiring a Senior Recruiter / Recruiting Manager to take ownership of client acquisition, recruiting execution, and team buildout.
This is a confidential search. Full company details will be shared during the interview process.
Job Summary
This is a full-cycle recruiting + sales role. You will:
∙ Generate own leads mostly

Close new client agreements
∙ Manage job orders
∙ Recruit and submit candidates
∙ Build and lead a recruiting team
This role is ideal for agency recruiters who want higher earnings and more control over their pipeline.

Key Responsibilities
Full-Cycle Recruiting
∙ Source, screen, and submit qualified candidates
∙ Manage candidates through interview and offer stages
∙ Maintain strong pipeline activity
Client Management / Sales
∙ Run discovery calls with hiring managers
∙ Close direct hire agreements (terms, fees, timelines)
∙ Drive hiring decisions and maintain relationships
Team Leadership
∙ Train and manage junior recruiters
∙ Improve submission quality and placement success
∙ Support team production and performance
Compensation Structure (Post-Evaluation)
∙ Base: $1,000 – $2,000/month
∙ Commission: 20%–30% per placement you close
∙ Override: 5%–10% on placements from recruiters you manage
∙ No cap on earnings. High performers will scale quickly.

Requirements
∙ Experience in agency recruiting or staffing
∙ Proven ability to work full-cycle (recruiting + client interaction)
∙ Strong communication and professionalism
∙ Ability to work with U.S.-based clients (Eastern Time preferred)
∙ Comfortable in a performance-driven environment
Preferred
∙ Experience closing clients or negotiating fees
∙ Experience managing or mentoring recruiters
∙ Background in healthcare, tech, or corporate recruiting

2-Week Evaluation Period (1099 Contractor)
All candidates complete a 2-week evaluation engaged as a 1099 independent contractor before formal onboarding.

During the evaluation:
∙ Full commission rate active from day 1 — 20%–30% on any placement closed, paid on collected revenue
∙ No base pay during evaluation period (base begins after onboarding)
∙ Access to our CRM, ATS, outreach infrastructure, and onboarding support
∙ Any commissions earned during the evaluation are paid in full regardless of outcome

Evaluation Benchmarks:
∙ Consistent daily activity tracked in CRM
∙ Outbound outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn)
∙ Active pipeline built and maintained
∙ Minimum 8 discovery calls or client meetings booked by end of week 2
If benchmarks are met:
∙ Formal role extended with $1,000 – $2,000/month base + 20%–30% commission + 5%–10% override on managed recruiters
If benchmarks are not met:
∙ Engagement ends with no further obligation on either side
∙ Any earned commissions paid in full

∙ Commission is paid on collected revenue only
∙ This is a performance-based role, not a fixed salary position
∙ Opportunity to grow into a leadership role based on results
Pay: $40,000 – $120,000 per year (post-evaluation, based on production)
