Summary
Our client, a leading pharmaceutical organization, is seeking an experienced Recruiter – Field Leadership Talent Acquisition professional to provide full-cycle recruiting support for leadership and operational positions across multiple regions throughout the United States. This fully remote opportunity is ideal for an experienced recruiter who can independently manage a high-volume requisition workload while serving as a consultative talent partner to hiring managers.
The Recruiter will support approximately 15–20 requisitions at a time, recruiting for positions such as District Managers, Pharmacy Supervisors, Administrative Assistants, pharmacy scheduling-related roles, and other field leadership positions. What You Will Be Accountable For
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for Field Leadership and operational positions across multiple U.S. regions.
- Manage an active workload of approximately 15–20 requisitions at a time.
- Recruit for positions including District Managers, Pharmacy Supervisors, Administrative Assistants, pharmacy scheduling-related roles, and other field leadership positions.
- Support both internal talent processes and external candidate recruitment based on hiring needs.
- Source, screen, interview, qualify, and assess candidates against position requirements.
- Partner closely with hiring managers throughout the entire recruitment lifecycle.
- Develop strong working relationships with hiring leaders and serve as a consultative recruiting resource.
- Provide hiring managers with qualitative talent-market analysis, including candidate availability, market conditions, recruiting challenges, and competitive considerations.
- Make recommendations regarding recruiting strategy based on what is occurring within individual markets and regions.
- Advise hiring managers regarding candidate qualifications, realistic hiring expectations, and anticipated time-to-fill.
- Support candidate and hiring-manager conversations regarding compensation and offer considerations.
- Maintain consistent communication with candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
- Effectively prioritize requisitions and recruiting activity across multiple geographic regions.
- Maintain accurate candidate and requisition activity within the applicant tracking system.
- Deliver a professional and positive candidate experience throughout the recruiting lifecycle.
- Remain flexible and responsive as hiring priorities and regional recruiting needs change.
What Qualifications You Need
- High School Diploma or GED and 6–8 years of full-cycle recruiting experience preferred, with a strong track record within a corporate and/or agency recruiting environment.
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on full-cycle recruiting experience required.
- Demonstrated ability to independently manage multiple requisitions and competing hiring priorities.
- Experience partnering directly with hiring managers and business leaders throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Strong candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and qualification experience.
- Experience supporting both internal and external recruiting processes.
- Strong understanding of talent markets with the ability to provide hiring managers with meaningful market observations and recruiting recommendations.
- Experience discussing compensation and candidate expectations throughout the recruitment process.
- Strong experience utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS); prior BrassRing experience is beneficial but not required, as training will be provided.
- Excellent written, verbal, and remote communication skills.
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder-management capabilities.
- Exceptional time-management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment while maintaining consistent communication and recruiting momentum.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and support hiring needs across multiple U.S. regions.
