Full-Time | In-Office | Monday-Friday (Occasional Saturdays)

Compensation

Our compensation plan rewards performance while providing stability.

What You Can Expect

Weekly pay
Progressive, uncapped commission structure
75% of commission paid shortly after each sale is processed
Remaining 25% paid after project completion and customer satisfaction
Additional referral and dealer-order bonuses
Average performers typically earn $42,000-$52,000 annually
Strong performers regularly earn $60,000-$70,000+
No cap on earnings

What You'll Do

As a Building Sales Consultant, you'll guide customers through one of their biggest purchases—from the first conversation through project completion.

Your responsibilities include:

Build genuine relationships with customers
Learn about each customer's goals and recommend the best solution
Prepare accurate estimates and proposals
Coordinate projects from sale through completion
Communicate with manufacturers, subcontractors, and customers
Answer phones and welcome walk-in customers
Follow up on leads and existing customers
Keep accurate records and paperwork
Solve problems quickly while providing outstanding customer service
Represent Nelson's Buildings with professionalism and integrity
