Full Job Description

Bookkeeper is to oversee a company's financial data and compliance by maintaining accurate books on accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and daily financial entries and reconciliations.

This is a 12 million to 15 million dollar a year company after only being in business for 3 years, that is planning on servicing all of Florida within the next 10 years. The big 10 year goal is to become a 100 million dollar a year company in that time frame. All the frame work required to scale to that size is currently being implemented and we are now looking for the right people to assist us with achieving our goals. Our why is to change how business is done to where all the things that make up an outstanding company are receiving the necessary focus and energy they deserve other than just the money aspect. We are and have created systems / processes that provide the balanced amount of energy towards people, transparency, morals, principles, quality work, outstanding experiences and strong financials. We believe strongly as long as we do all the other things correctly the money will be there and that it is just up to us to ensure that we properly manage it correctly.

You will perform daily accounting tasks such as monthly financial reporting, general ledger entries, and record payments and adjustments. Credit card transaction reconciliation for job costing and taxes. More duties are listed below

Documenting financial transaction details and monitoring the transactions
Preparing and filing financial documents
Help ensure that job costing is accurate
Processing accounts payable and accounts receivable
Fact-checking accounting data
Reconciling company accounts
Working with third party accountants as needed
This is an in office position ONLY
