Position Summary

Hampton Inn is seeking dependable, customer-focused individuals to join our team as Front Desk Associates (2nd Shift). These positions play a vital role in creating a positive guest experience by ensuring efficient front desk operations, excellent customer service, and accurate administrative support.

Responsibilities

Front Desk Duties

Welcome guests with professionalism and friendliness
Assist guests with questions, requests, and concerns
Register guests by confirming information, processing payments, and issuing room keys
Manage guest communications, including messages, mail, packages, and special requests
Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and nearby services
Maintain accurate guest and room records
Process guest charges and collect payments
Make and confirm hotel reservations
Communicate hotel policies and procedures effectively to guests and team members

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required
Previous hotel front desk, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Excellent customer service skills in person, over the phone, and in writing
Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
Ability to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities efficiently
Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented
