This Is a Fast-Paced Position

This is not a desk job where you'll spend the day answering phones.

You'll work alongside two doctors treating patients simultaneously in a busy, high-energy office with 80+ patient visits each day.

Every day requires focus, urgency, organization, and teamwork.

What You'll Do

Welcome patients and create an exceptional first impression
Manage a busy appointment schedule and patient flow throughout the day
Check patients in and out efficiently and accurately
Collect copays and communicate financial responsibilities professionally
Coordinate with doctors and clinical staff to keep the office running smoothly
Maintain clean, organized treatment areas
Solve problems before they become problems
Support your teammates wherever help is needed
