NEW Yogi’s Bar & Grill is coming soon to New Albany (Hamilton Rd)!

At Yogi’s, we serve up more than just burgers and beer, we serve energy, community, and good times. Whether it’s game day, a night out with friends, or a casual meal with family, our guests count on us for great food, cold drinks, and an unforgettable experience.

We are part of Columbus Tavern Group, a growing restaurant group built around creating fun, welcoming neighborhood spots where our guests feel at home and our teams enjoy coming to work.

As we prepare to open our newest location in mid-August 2026, we are looking for energetic, dependable team members who want to be part of building something from the beginning. Join us as we create a new gathering place for the New Albany community!

Job Description

Pay: $20- $25 per hour INCLUDING Tips

Yogi’s Bar & Grill is opening soon in New Albany, and we are looking for hardworking, reliable Kitchen Team Members to help launch our newest location!

As a Line Cook at Yogi’s, you’ll play an important role in creating the food and experiences our guests love. You’ll work alongside a team that values quality, teamwork, and having fun while getting the job done.

What You’ll Do:

Prepare and cook menu items according to company recipes and standards
Set up and stock your station before service begins
Maintain speed, accuracy, and consistency during high-volume shifts
Keep kitchen areas clean, organized, and safe
Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
Communicate effectively with kitchen teammates and leadership
Assist other stations and team members as needed
Complete opening, closing, and side work responsibilities

What We’re Looking For:

Previous kitchen or restaurant experience preferred, but we are willing to train the right person
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Reliable, punctual, and positive attitude
Willingness to learn and accept feedback
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays
