Automotive Parts Manager – CDJR, Hyundai, Revolution Parts & Tekion Expert Wanted! Grow Our Parts & Wholesale Business!

Location: Legacy Auto Center – Garden City, KS

Are you an Automotive parts professional with Revolution Parts and Tekion experience? Do you have a proven track record of growing a parts department and expanding wholesale operations? If you're ready to take the next big step in your career, Legacy Auto Center wants YOU as our Automotive Parts Director!

What You’ll Do:

Take the Lead: Oversee both high-growth parts departments, CDJR and Hyundai, driving efficiency, profitability, and top-tier service.
Wholesale Expansion: Build and scale a thriving wholesale parts business, increasing market reach and boosting revenue.
Revolution Parts eCommerce Leadership: Leverage Revolution Parts to expand our online OEM parts sales, optimize listings, pricing, and customer experience. Amazon & Ebay sales!
Tekion DMS Proficiency: Utilize Tekion’s modern, cloud-based DMS to streamline operations, improve tracking, and enhance department efficiency.
Inventory & Pricing Strategy: Maintain optimal stock levels, negotiate vendor deals, and maximize margins.
Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing parts team dedicated to exceptional service.
Customer & Vendor Relations: Strengthen relationships with wholesale clients, service technicians, retail customers, and suppliers to drive long-term success.

What We’re Looking For:

CDJR and/or Hyundai Parts Department Experience REQUIRED – You know Mopar inside and out? ARO experience? Hyundai parts?
Revolution Parts Expert – Strong experience managing online parts sales and eCommerce strategies.
Tekion DMS Experience – Ability to navigate, analyze, and utilize Tekion’s modern DMS for enhanced efficiency.
Proven Growth Leader – Demonstrated success in scaling wholesale operations and increasing department revenue.
Strong Vendor Negotiation Skills – Build partnerships that boost margins and availability.
Leadership & Organization – Ability to train, develop, and optimize a high-performance team.
Customer-First Mindset – Dedicated to providing fast, accurate, and friendly service.
