Full Job Description

Exact Staff is seeking a bilingual Administrative Assistant for a steady, full-time opportunity supporting both HR and clerical functions. This role offers weekly pay, consistent hours, and the chance to grow with a well-established organization. This position is ideal for individuals with administrative, receptionist, or HR coordination experience who are comfortable working between two office locations.

What You'll Be Doing:

Scheduling candidates for interviews and ensuring they bring in all necessary materials
Writing email correspondence between departments
Working in Excel (using filters) to keep track of candidates
Scheduling meetings with team members
Greeting guests and following up on appointments
Taking care of general upkeep of the office
Answering phones and handling front-desk duties
Supporting the Recruiting team to help ensure orders get filled promptly
Performing other miscellaneous administrative duties as needed

Qualifications:

1–2 years of previous clerical experience (Receptionist, Administrative Assistant, or similar)
Bilingual in English and Spanish, both read and write
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, formulas, and filters
Open to working out of both the Paramount and Arcadia locations
Professional phone, email, text, and in-person communication skills
Punctual and reliable, able to arrive at the office on time daily
Comfortable in a fast-paced office environment
Detail-oriented and professional demeanor

Pay, Schedule, and Location

Pay Rate: $25.00/hr
Schedule: Monday – Friday
Shifts Available: 1st Shift, 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
Location: Paramount, CA and Arcadia, CA (travel required between both locations)
