We’re looking for an experienced, energetic Business Office Director to help lead our community with compassion, professionalism, and purpose.

About the Role

The Business Office Director oversees daily business operations—including accounting, HR/People & Culture, concierge, and transportation—while supporting an exceptional resident and team member experience. This leader partners closely with the Executive Director to ensure smooth operations, regulatory compliance, and a welcoming, service-driven community.

What You’ll Do

Lead and manage the Business Office, Concierge, and Transportation teams.
Oversee accounts payable, billing, deposits, collections, and budgeting.
Maintain accurate resident files, lease paperwork, and billing records.
Manage payroll processes, HR documentation, onboarding, and personnel files.
Support hiring, coaching, training, performance reviews, and team development.
Ensure compliance with state regulations and company policies.
Participate in community tours, events, and the Leader on Duty rotation.
Promote a safe, positive, and resident-centered environment.

What We’re Looking For

2–3 years of experience as a Business Office Director (Assisted Living/Memory Care preferred)
Strong leadership, organizational, and customer service skills
Knowledge of basic accounting processes and HR best practices
Experience with compliance, audits, and state regulations
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
Ability to work occasional evenings/weekends as needed
CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain
Passion for serving older adults
