POSITION DESCRIPTION

Title: Retail Fixture Installer and Merchandising

Immediate need for Solo Travel Installer to fill current team already on job site!

6 months industry or related experience, doing fixture installations in retail stores preferred. New store builds are a plus!

Quantum Installation Group is a full-service project implementation company, performing a wide range of in-store field services including high velocity fixture deployments, graphic, décor, fixture, mill work installations, interior construction and maintenance programs for retailers, brands, fixture manufacturers and government agencies.

Position Summary

Quantum Installation Group is seeking respectful, energetic, and motivated Fixture Installers who are positive and experienced working on Resets, Remodels, and New Store Set-ups. They will travel for two (2) to six (6) weeks at a time, in their own reliable, and unshared transportation. The Fixture Installer will also utilize their own tools and equipment while on a job site. Most work is performed indoors but may have limited climate control.

6 months industry or related experience, doing fixture installations in retail stores preferred.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Successfully complete department resets, remodels, and new store set up with custom fixture assembly requirements.
Read and follow written and oral diagrammed installation instruction documents, to include guides and manuals.
Installation of retail and commercial fixtures in a team, as well as an independent environment.
Fixture types include but not limited to:
Gondola
H Frame / Widespan racking
Pallet racking
Grid & and apparel floor fixtures
Read planograms/fixture layout documents and set accessory fixtures and planogram labels/signage accordingly.
Accurately place merchandise on the shelves as directed by planogram or blueprints.
Consistently display a positive attitude with self-respect and respect for others.

Required Qualifications

Minimal industry experience required. 3 months + industry experience preferred. Willing to train the right candidates.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Valid Driver's License.
Access to reliable transportation (not shared).
Smart phone.
Must be flexible to work any shift as needed to meet client demands and expectations including overtime as needed.
Must be able to pull, push and lift materials up to 50 lbs. without assistance as needed for job.
Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment panel drug screening.
Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment background check.
Must possess an acceptable driving record.
Must be dependable and possess a positive attitude.

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
