Our client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end technology initiatives and drive successful project delivery across a dynamic enterprise environment. This role will be responsible for managing technology projects from initiation through implementation, serving as the primary point of escalation for technology-related issues, and ensuring alignment between technology teams and business stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in program management, Agile delivery, and end-to-end technology project management, with the ability to lead multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage end-to-end technology projects to achieve desired business outcomes.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies and serve as a Scrum Master for project teams.
Oversee project planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery using appropriate project management methodologies.
Manage multiple concurrent projects and initiatives across technology and business functions.
Partner with business stakeholders and Change Management teams to ensure successful delivery and adoption of technology solutions.
Serve as the primary escalation point for project and technology-related issues.
Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and status reporting.
Identify, assess, mitigate, and escalate project risks and issues.
Guide projects through all phases of the project lifecycle while ensuring compliance with established standards, processes, and governance requirements.
Facilitate project meetings, document action items, and drive accountability across teams.
Communicate project status, key milestones, risks, and deliverables to senior leadership and executive stakeholders.
Manage project financials, resource allocation, and budget tracking.
Develop transition and sustainability plans to support long-term business success.

Required Qualifications

7+ years of end-to-end technology project management experience.
Proven experience leading Agile project delivery efforts.
Agile Certification required (Certified Scrum Master, Agile Practitioner, RTE, or equivalent).
Strong program and project management experience.
Experience leading technology initiatives including:
- Application Development
- Systems Integration
- Infrastructure Upgrades and Deployments
- Operational Efficiency Improvements
- Process Reengineering Projects
Strong change management experience.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Strong organizational, prioritization, and time management capabilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Bachelor's Degree required.

Preferred Qualifications

Prior Financial Services project management experience.
PMP Certification.
Experience serving as a Release Train Engineer (RTE).
Familiarity with SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework).
Financial Services or Banking industry experience.
