Full Job Description

NuSelf Aesthetics is seeking an experienced and patient-focused Registered Nurse Injector to join our growing team. This position will begin part-time with the opportunity to grow into a full-time role as our clinic expands.

As we prepare to open to the public, we are looking for a dynamic, well-organized, and detail-oriented RN who is passionate about aesthetic medicine, longevity, and delivering an exceptional and elevated patient experience.

Responsibilities:

Perform cosmetic injectable treatments, including neurotoxins and dermal fillers
Conduct patient consultations and develop individualized aesthetic treatment plans
Provide IV hydration
Perform blood draws for aesthetic treatments, including PRP, and assist with lab collection as our longevity services expand
Educate patients on treatments, expected outcomes, pre- and post-care, and recommended maintenance
Maintain accurate and thorough patient documentation
Follow all clinical protocols, safety standards, and infection-control procedures
Maintain treatment rooms, supplies, and injectable inventory
Build strong patient relationships and provide a high-touch, professional experience
Collaborate closely with providers, the aesthetics/longevity team, and management
Support the continued growth of NuSelf by appropriately educating patients on additional services and treatment options

Qualifications:

Current and active Texas Registered Nurse (RN) license
Minimum 2 years of cosmetic injecting experience required
2+ years of experience in a medical spa, aesthetic practice, dermatology, plastic surgery, or similar aesthetic setting
Experience with IV therapy, venipuncture/blood draws, and PRP
Strong understanding of facial anatomy, injection safety, and aesthetic treatment planning
Excellent communication and patient consultation skills
Professional and dependable, with a positive attitude and a genuine desire to contribute to an uplifting, collaborative, and growing team environment

Pay: From $35.00 per hour
