Full Job Description

Marketing Manager – Multifamily Property Management

We are a growing multifamily property management company seeking an experienced and strategic Marketing Manager to support apartment communities throughout Georgia, Texas, and Florida.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in multifamily marketing, occupancy growth strategies, and market-specific leasing initiatives, particularly within South Florida, Fort Worth, Austin, and Atlanta markets.

Position Overview

This role will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies designed to increase traffic, leasing activity, resident retention, and overall occupancy across a portfolio of apartment communities. The Marketing Manager will work closely with onsite teams and leadership to identify property needs and implement effective, results-driven marketing plans.

Travel is required based on business needs and property performance priorities.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute property-specific marketing plans to increase occupancy and leasing performance
Analyze market trends and competitor activity, within assigned markets
Support onsite teams with lead generation, outreach marketing, branding, and resident engagement initiatives
Oversee digital marketing efforts including social media, reputation management, and advertising campaigns
Track and report on marketing performance metrics and ROI
Assist underperforming properties with strategic traffic-driving and leasing initiatives
Coordinate marketing campaigns, promotional materials, and vendor relationships
Travel to properties in Georgia, Texas, and Florida as needed

Qualifications

Previous multifamily property management marketing experience required
Strong understanding of apartment leasing and occupancy-driven marketing strategies
Experience in the South Florida, Fort Worth, Austin, and Atlanta markets strongly preferred
Ability to create and implement effective marketing plans for stabilized and lease-up communities
Knowledge of social media marketing, digital advertising, and reputation management
Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
Ability to travel regularly based on portfolio needs
Experience with Yardi, CRM systems, Canva, or multifamily marketing platforms is a plus

What We’re Looking For

We are seeking someone who is proactive, creative, analytical, and able to quickly identify opportunities to improve property performance. The ideal candidate understands how to market apartment communities in competitive markets and can develop strategies that drive measurable results.

Compensation will be based on experience.

Pay: $63,439.11 - $76,399.79 per year
