Foster Orthodontics is looking for an exceptional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. We are seeking a highly motivated, energetic, and professional individual who brings outstanding communication skills, a positive attitude, and a strong commitment to excellence.

Our state-of-the-art ortho office is in Lawrenceville, GA, next to Sugarloaf Mills Mall. The office uses new technology and creative approaches to improve workflow and help you feel inspired to go all in, 100% dedicated to the special vision we have.

Our practice is built on delivering an outstanding experience for every patient who walks through our doors. We believe a great front desk team member sets the tone for the entire visit, so we are looking for someone who is confident, polished, personable, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities include:

Welcoming patients and families with warmth, professionalism, and enthusiasm
Managing phone calls, scheduling, and patient flow efficiently
Providing excellent customer service and clear communication
Assisting with front office organization and daily administrative tasks
Helping create a smooth, positive, and elevated patient experience
Representing the practice with professionalism and confidence at all times
Attention to detail & accuracy in handling information

The ideal candidate is:
