Countryside Animal Hospital is looking to welcome a new Associate Veterinarian to our privately and independently owned practice. Whether they're here for a puppy's first visit or facing a difficult diagnosis, our goal is to provide not only exceptional medicine, but compassion, communication, and reassurance every step of the way.

We are a multi-doctor practice supported by an outstanding team of experienced technicians, assistants, customer service representatives, and kennel staff who work together to create a collaborative, positive workplace. Since opening our doors in 1991, we've been proud to serve the Covington community and surrounding areas with a commitment to progressive medicine and outstanding customer service.

Our hospital is equipped with modern technology to help our doctors practice the highest standard of medicine, including digital radiography, in-house laboratory equipment, ultrasonography, regenerative medicine therapies like laser, ESWT, and Phovia, and advanced diagnostics such as endoscopy. We continue to invest in our hospital, our team, and the tools needed to provide exceptional patient care.

We're looking for a veterinarian who is committed to practicing a higher standard of veterinary medicine in a supportive, collaborative environment and who truly values educating and connecting with customers. Mentorship is available for newer graduates, while experienced veterinarians will enjoy the autonomy to grow their own caseload, pursue special interests, and help shape the future of our practice. If you bring unique skills or have a passion for an area of medicine that we don't currently offer, such as in-home care, hospice and euthanasia services, exotic animal medicine, or another specialty, we're always open to exploring new opportunities that benefit both our patients and our team.

We offer a competitive base salary with a production-based bonus structure. Our doctors enjoy a healthy work-life balance with a flexible four-day work week, rotating Saturday mornings, and no overnight emergency duty.

Job Requirements:

We are seeking a motivated and team-oriented Small Animal Associate Veterinarian who meets the following criteria:

Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree
Eligible for a Georgia Veterinary State License
Positive, solutions-focused doctor who is committed to a culture of saying "Yes"
Excellent communication skills and a passion for building lasting customer relationships
Collaborative, compassionate, and eager to practice progressive medicine
Interest in surgery, dentistry, internal medicine, or another special area is welcomed but not required
