As a GrillCook at our vibrant, oceanfront restaurant, you'll be turning fresh ingredients into mouthwatering dishes that keep guests coming back for more. From fresh seafood to beachy comfort food, you’ll be in the heart of the action where the sun, sand, and flavor collide.

If you’ve got a passion for cooking, an eye for detail, and love the idea of working right by the beach, this is the job you’ve been waiting for!

What You’ll Do:

Cook Up a Storm: Prepare and cook a variety of dishes to perfection, from crispy fish tacos to sizzling burgers — everything made fresh, with a side of beachside flair.
Keep the Kitchen Flowing: Work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality, cleanliness, and consistency. Think of it like a culinary surf — you’re always in motion!
Team Player: Work closely with our kitchen crew to deliver great food, on time, every time. Communication is key, especially when the kitchen gets busy.
Keep It Cool: While the heat may be on in the kitchen, you’re calm under pressure, focused on quality, and always ready to handle whatever’s cooking.

What You’ll Need:

Kitchen Experience: Whether you’re a pro or are ready to level up your culinary skills, we’re looking for someone with passion and a solid understanding of kitchen operations. Experience is required.
Grill Master: You know your way around a grill and can handle cooking meat, seafood, and veggies with precision.
Attention to Detail: You care about the little things — from perfect plating to ensuring each dish leaves the kitchen just right.
Cool Under Pressure: The beach gets busy, and you’ll be part of the action. You’re the type who stays focused even when the orders start rolling in.
Positive Attitude: You bring good vibes to the kitchen and work well with a team that loves serving up amazing food in an epic location.
Physical Stamina: You can handle the heat (literally), stay on your feet for long hours, and keep things moving at a fast pace.
