Summary/Objective
The Plant Manager position serves as a key leadership role in the implementation of customer and company driven initiatives for sustained organizational growth and effectiveness. The Plant Manager will plan, direct, and coordinate the operations of the company (JIT site) for continued and improved productivity, performance, efficiency, and profitability. This role will have oversight over the production, sales, and customer driven initiatives for the White, GA plant.

- Assures that all KPI’s are met throughout the organization (e.g. Cost of Quality, OEE, etc.)

Required Education and Experience
- Bachelors’ Degree with emphasis on Finance, Accounting or Business Management.
- Minimum of 7 years’ experience in managing functions in a medium or large size organization.
- Minimum of 5 year of experience managing high performing teams.
- Proficient with SAP.
Preferred Education and Experience
- Masters’ Degree from an accredited College or University.
- German language proficiency.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position, and hours of work and days are generally Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. In order to meet our customer’s demands this role may be required to perform work outside of business hours including weekends.
Travel
Travel is expected for this position. Travel can be national or international. Up to 20%.
