Full Job Description

ALCÔVE AESTHETICS was created around the belief that aesthetic medicine should feel personal, elevated, and intentional. From the treatments we offer to the environment we've created, every detail of ALCÔVE is designed around an exceptional patient experience.

We're looking for a full-time Patient Care Coordinator to join our growing team in Atlanta, GA.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Our Patient Care Coordinators are the first and last impression of ALCÔVE. You'll work at the front of the practice and help create a seamless experience for every patient—from their first phone call to checking out after their appointment.

Daily responsibilities include welcoming and checking patients in and out, answering phones and messages, scheduling appointments, collecting deposits and payments, providing information about our treatments and products, and helping patients navigate their experience at ALCÔVE.

This is a full time position (40 hours per week.) Monday-Friday 10am-6pm. Working one Saturday a month is required.

You'll also:

Manage and maintain patient appointments and schedules
Answer incoming calls and communicate professionally with patients
Respond to patient inquiries and help convert new inquiries into appointments
Schedule, confirm and reschedule appointments
Process payments and deposits
Maintain accurate patient information within Boulevard, our electronic medical record and scheduling system
Educate patients on ALCÔVE treatments, providers and skincare products
Assist patients with scheduling the appropriate services
Maintain an organized, clean and welcoming front-of-house environment
Keep retail displays organized and stocked
Communicate closely with providers and other team members throughout the day
Handle patient information, payments and internal practice information with discretion
Help resolve patient questions or concerns with professionalism and care

ABOUT YOU

We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys taking care of people.

Customer service and the patient experience should come naturally to you. You're warm and personable, but also polished and professional. You notice the little things, stay organized when the practice gets busy and understand that every interaction contributes to how a patient feels about ALCÔVE.

A minimum of one year of experience in a medical spa, dermatology office, plastic surgery practice or other healthcare setting is required.

Experience using Boulevard is strongly preferred.

You should also have:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong phone etiquette and confidence speaking with patients
Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
Strong attention to detail
A high level of dependability and trustworthiness
The ability to take direction while also working independently
Comfort working in a fast-paced environment
Professional judgment and discretion
A team-first mentality
A genuine interest in aesthetics, skincare and the services we offer

A passion for the aesthetics industry is important. Our Patient Care Coordinators are expected to learn our services and products so they can confidently answer questions, educate patients and make thoughtful recommendations both in person and over the phone.
