We’re now looking for the right person to lead our franchise-type sales team from our Atlanta headquarters.

This isn’t a position where you’ll sit behind a desk managing spreadsheets. You’ll lead by example. You’ll coach your team. You’ll close your own deals. And you’ll be rewarded for both.

No Cold Calling

Our marketing team generates a steady flow of qualified candidates who have already expressed interest in learning more. Your job is to educate, build trust, and help them make the right decision—not convince uninterested people to answer the phone.

Lead From the Front

You’ll manage a team of three remote Sales Representatives while maintaining your own book of business. Every candidate visits our Atlanta headquarters before making a final decision, and you’ll personally host those visits.

High Closing Ratios

More than 95% of candidates who visit our office move forward with purchasing a business opportunity. That means you’re spending your time with serious buyers, not tire kickers.

Unlimited Income

This is a 1099 position offering:

$60,000 annual base compensation
$5,000 commission for every business opportunity you personally sell
Team overrides and performance bonuses

Realistic income potential of $200,000+ annually, with exceptional performers earning substantially more.

There is no commission cap. The harder you work, the more you earn.

What You’ll Be Doing

Sales Leadership

Lead, coach, and motivate a team of remote Sales Representatives.
Monitor performance, KPIs, and closing ratios.
Conduct one-on-one coaching and ongoing sales training.
Help remove obstacles so your team can succeed.
Collaborate with executive leadership on forecasting, strategy, and continuous improvement.

Personal Franchise-Type Sales

You’ll also maintain your own pipeline of candidates.

Responsibilities include:

Conducting discovery calls with qualified prospects.
Building relationships and guiding candidates through the evaluation process.
Hosting candidates during their visit to our Atlanta headquarters, including airport pickup, office tours, and final presentations.
Delivering professional presentations that help candidates confidently make one of the biggest decisions of their career.
Creating an experience that reflects the professionalism, integrity, and culture of our company.
