Full Job Description

Lead the Kitchen. Support the Restaurant. Set the Standard.

Green Ridge Hospitality Group is looking for a hands-on Kitchen & Operations Manager who leads by example. This is a unique leadership role for someone who enjoys being in the action!

You'll work alongside our Executive Chef and General Manager to ensure every shift runs smoothly. While your primary responsibility is leading the heart of house, you'll also be a visible leader throughout the restaurant, supporting front of house operations when needed and helping create an exceptional guest experience.

This is a working leadership position. You'll supervise the team while also jumping in wherever you're needed—whether that's expediting during a busy service, cooking on the line, completing prep, or helping open the restaurant for the day.

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise daily heart of house operations.
Work the line during service and maintain high standards for food quality, consistency, and execution.
Manage the expo window to ensure timely, accurate, and well-presented food.
Assist with food preparation as needed.
Coach, train, and hold kitchen team members accountable to company standards.
Help open the restaurant and ensure both front and back of house are ready for service.
Step into the dining room when needed to support guests, resolve concerns, and assist the front of house team.
Foster strong communication between the kitchen and dining room.
Promote a positive, accountable, team-first culture.

What We're Looking For

Previous kitchen leadership experience.
Strong cooking skills and the ability to confidently work every station.
Experience running expo in a high-volume environment.
A leader who enjoys coaching others while working alongside them.
Someone who is comfortable interacting with guests and supporting front of house operations when needed.
A calm, organized leader who thrives under pressure and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves.

This role is ideal for someone who loves the energy of the kitchen but also understands that great restaurants are built when the front and heart of house operate as one team. Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
