Paid Social Marketing Manager

Location: Phoenix, AZ (In-Office Preferred)

We are a performance-driven organization that believes marketing should produce measurable business results—not vanity metrics.

We are seeking an experienced Paid Social Marketing Manager who has successfully managed large-scale paid social advertising programs with monthly budgets exceeding six figures. This is not a brand marketing role. We are looking for a data-driven performance marketer who understands how to generate high-quality leads at scale while continuously lowering cost per lead (CPL), improving conversion rates, and maximizing return on advertising spend (ROAS).

Position Summary

The Paid Social Marketing Manager will own the strategy, execution, optimization, and reporting of paid social advertising across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging platforms. This individual will be responsible for driving profitable lead generation for residential HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services.

Success in this role will be measured by qualified leads generated, customer acquisition cost (CAC), cost per lead (CPL), return on ad spend (ROAS), marketing ROI, and overall contribution to company revenue.

Responsibilities

· Develop and execute high-performing paid social strategies focused on direct response lead generation.

· Manage monthly advertising budgets exceeding $100,000 across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and other paid social platforms.

· Continuously optimize campaigns to reduce CPL while increasing lead quality and conversion rates.

· Own campaign creation, audience segmentation, creative testing, bidding strategies, and budget allocation.

· Design and execute structured A/B tests for creative, messaging, landing pages, offers, and audience targeting.

· Build and maintain reporting dashboards that measure:

o Cost Per Lead (CPL)

o Cost Per Acquisition (CPA)

o Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)

o Marketing ROI

o Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)

o Conversion Rates

o Lead-to-Sale Performance

· Work closely with internal marketing, call center, sales, and operations teams to improve lead quality and sales conversion.

· Partner with creative teams to develop compelling direct-response advertisements, videos, and offers.

· Identify audience expansion opportunities while maintaining profitability.

· Monitor platform updates, advertising policies, and emerging trends.

· Evaluate new advertising channels and emerging paid social opportunities.

· Collaborate with analytics and CRM teams to ensure accurate attribution and tracking.

Required Qualifications

· 5+ years managing performance-focused paid social campaigns.

· Demonstrated success managing monthly paid social budgets of at least $100,000.

· Expert-level experience with:

o Meta Ads Manager

o TikTok Ads

o YouTube Ads

o Instagram

o Facebook

o Additional emerging paid social platforms

· Proven success generating direct-response leads—not solely brand awareness campaigns.

· Deep understanding of:

o CPL optimization

o ROAS optimization

o Marketing ROI analysis

o Customer acquisition cost

o Attribution modeling

o Conversion tracking

o Audience segmentation

o Retargeting strategies

· Strong analytical abilities with experience using GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, Conversion API, and similar tracking technologies.

· Experience building executive-level reporting and dashboards.

· Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills.

· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where performance is measured by business outcomes.

Preferred Qualifications

· Experience marketing residential home services (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing, pest control, windows, or similar).

· Experience with ServiceTitan or similar home services CRM platforms.

· Familiarity with call tracking platforms such as CallRail, Invoca, or similar.

· Experience working with creative teams producing high-volume direct-response video content.

· Understanding of offline conversion tracking and CRM attribution.

Within the first 12 months, the successful candidate will:

· Increase qualified lead volume while maintaining or reducing CPL.

· Improve ROAS across all paid social channels.

· Implement a disciplined testing framework that consistently improves campaign performance.

· Deliver transparent reporting that connects marketing spend directly to revenue and profit.

· Become the company’s subject matter expert for paid social lead generation.
