Nurses to serve patients in the east side of the valley

Nurses with a passion for serving and caring for patients

Desire to make a difference in patients lives with one to one patient contact

Willingness to learn new things

At least one year of recent clinical experience (med/surgical, home health, etc), we welcome RNs new to home health.

Requirements:

Desire to be a part of a fantastic team!

Active RN License for Arizona

BLS, TB Screening, Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance

Comfortable with electronic charting

Excellent assessment skills

Wound care knowledge

Wound vac and ostomy experience helpful, but not required

Experience with PICC lines, PACs and peripheral IVs

Responsibilities:

Developing and following plan of care including OASIS documentation

Performing home visits that include one on one teaching and working with patients and families.

Following orders and plan of care

Empowering patients to care for themselves and their disease processes to the best of their abilities
