Service Drive Manager – Family-Owned Dealership Since 1927

Location: Arizona | Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (No Weekends!) |

Pay: $85,000–$120,000+

The Role

We're looking for a Service Drive Manager to lead our service team and keep our drive

running at its best and growing it to the next level. This is a hands-on leadership role for

someone who takes ownership, sets the tone, leads by example, and gets the most out

of the people around them.

What You'll Do

 Lead, build, mentor and develop a high-performing service team

 Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with service work.

 Deliver the highest level of customer service on every interaction

 Solve problems quickly and keep the service drive running smoothly

 Set the standard for professionalism, communication, and follow-through

 Ask the right questions to learn how we may be more helpful to our customers.

 Monitor performance metrics, analyze data and develop and implement

processes to continuously improve the efficiency and profitability of the

department.

 Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the service department

and attract new customers.

 Excellent communication and customer relations skills

 A multi-tasker and natural problem solver who stays calm under pressure

 A self-motivated go-getter willing to go the extra mile to get the job done

 Someone seeking a long-term home—not just their next job

 3+ years automotive service experience required

 Reynolds DMS and X-Time experience is a plus
