Full-Time Carpenter / Drywall Installer & Finisher

About the Role
Fulllscope Property Solutions is looking for a reliable, experienced, and well-rounded Carpenter to join our team full-time.
Our ideal candidate has strong carpentry skills and is also experienced with hanging drywall, taping, mudding, sanding, and preparing drywall for paint. We are looking for someone who is comfortable handling a variety of residential and commercial construction, remodeling, restoration, and repair projects.
Additional construction skills are a major plus. The right person should take pride in their craftsmanship, be dependable, work well independently and as part of a team, and be willing to help wherever needed to get the job done correctly.
Responsibilities
- Perform general carpentry and remodeling work
- Complete rough and finish carpentry as needed
- Install framing, blocking, trim, doors, molding, and other carpentry materials
- Hang drywall on walls and ceilings
- Tape, mud, sand, and finish drywall
- Prepare drywall and other surfaces so they are ready for paint
- Complete drywall repairs and patchwork
- Install corner bead and other drywall finishing materials
- Perform basic painting, touch-ups, and surface preparation when needed
- Assist with demolition, repairs, remodeling, and restoration projects
- Read and follow basic plans, measurements, layouts, and job instructions
- Work alongside other team members and trades on job sites
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
- Properly and safely operate hand tools and power tools
- Help with other construction-related tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Experience as a carpenter or in general construction/remodeling
- Experience hanging and finishing drywall
- Ability to tape, mud, sand, and prepare drywall for paint
- Strong understanding of measurements and basic construction practices
- Comfortable using hand tools and power tools
- Ability to complete clean, professional-quality work
- Dependable, punctual, and responsible
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Willingness to perform a variety of construction and repair tasks

Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift and carry construction materials, tools, and equipment
- Comfortable standing, bending, kneeling, reaching, and working overhead
- Able to work safely on ladders or scaffolding when needed
- Comfortable working in active construction, remodeling, and repair environments
