Full Job Description

Position Summary

The Data Entry & Billing Administrator provides data entry and administrative support for ARC Barricades' traffic control operations. Core responsibilities include entering accounts payable (AP) invoices, Entering customer data and assisting with upcoming system uploads, and reviewing flagger and officer invoices against TCR. This is primarily a data entry role, and the ideal candidate is accurate, detail-oriented, and comfortable working across multiple business software systems. Prior exposure to billing, invoicing, or traffic control operations is a plus but not required.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities Data Entry & Billing Support

Enter and process accounts payable (AP) invoices accurately and on time.
Enter and maintain customer data, including uploads as customers transition to new systems.
Maintain accurate billing records and supporting documentation.
Assist with invoice tracking and basic reconciliation.

Invoice Review (TCR)

Review flagger and officer invoices against TCR to verify hours and charges.
Flag discrepancies between invoiced amounts and TCR records for follow-up.

Labor & Reporting Support

Enter and maintain employee and subcontractor labor hours across projects.
Assist with job, purchase order (PO), and equipment reports as needed.
Maintain accurate, up-to-date records to support reporting.

Required Qualifications

At least one (1) year of data entry or administrative support experience.
Comfortable using Microsoft 365, Google Sheets, and Google Workspace applications.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail when entering data.

Not Required but Preferred Qualifications

Experience entering or processing AP invoices or other billing documentation.
Experience with TCR or similar traffic control/barricade management software.
Experience with QuickBooks based systems.
Experience supporting construction, traffic control, utility, or field service operations.

Pay: $18.00 - $26.00 per hour
