Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced RN Nurse to lead our Post-Acute Care team at Agave Grove. This pivotal role involves overseeing daily nursing operations, ensuring the delivery of exceptional patient care, and fostering a collaborative team environment. The Nurse will coordinate clinical services, manage staff performance, and uphold compliance with healthcare regulations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to impact the quality of life for our residents while advancing your leadership career in a vibrant, patient-centered setting.

Job Title: Nurse

Salary: $39-$45 (Depending on License and years of experience)

Schedule: 12 Hour shifts, 6am-6pm, rotating weekends. Skilled Unit

Duties

Oversee clinical operations across multiple departments, including long-term care, memory care, and acute post-acute services.
Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations, including HIPAA, OSHA standards, and state-specific licensing requirements.
Coordinate interdisciplinary team efforts to develop individualized care plans that meet residents’ physical, emotional, and psychological needs.
Manage patient assessments, medical documentation, medication administration, and medical records using EMR (Electronic Medical Records) systems such as Epic or Cerner.
Conduct quality assurance audits and participate in utilization review and management to optimize patient outcomes and resource utilization.
Lead and supervise nursing staff, including scheduling, performance evaluations, and professional development to ensure high standards of patient care.

Qualifications

Valid RN licensure with current state registration
Extensive experience in post acute care settings or acute care such as ICU or Level I Trauma Centers; critical care experience highly valued.
Proven supervisory or nurse management experience within long-term care, assisted living, or skilled nursing facilities.
Strong knowledge of physiology, medical terminology, infection control practices, and medical imaging procedures.
Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or dementia care is a plus.
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and foster a positive work environment.
Ability to handle complex cases involving behavioral health, pain management, tube
