Lead one-on-one bridal appointments.
Build genuine relationships and guide brides through an emotional, exciting purchase.
Deliver an elevated luxury experience from start to finish.
Work toward individual and team sales goals.
Learn, grow, and continuously develop through coaching and training.
Celebrate every win—with brides and your teammates.

A Few Things to Know

This is a physically active, fast-paced role. You'll be on your feet most of the day, lifting and styling gowns (25+ lbs.), while helping brides through one of the most meaningful purchases of their lives. We need someone who stays calm, professional, and focused under pressure.

What We're Looking For

Experience in luxury retail, consultative sales, bridal or a high-end customer experience preferred.
Saturday availability is required.
Strong communication skills and a professional appearance.
Someone looking to grow with our team long-term.

What We Offer

Paid training (3–4 weeks)
Hourly pay + commission + tips =Earning potential of up to $30+ per hour
