Key Responsibilities:

Animal Care:

Assist in a variety of tasks including feeding, training, cleaning, and organizing to support the team and ensure the highest level of care.
Participate in miscellaneous tasks as needed, contributing to the overall well-being and happiness of our canine & human guests.

DaySchool:

Oversee the daily training schedules for each dog, tailoring sessions to meet individual goals and requirements.
Ensure all training activities are logged and communicated effectively, maintaining a structured and beneficial learning environment.

General Expectations:

Maintain a professional demeanor, with strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
Demonstrate self-motivation and focus towards daily tasks and training growth, in a, at times, fast-paced and physically demanding setting

Requirements:

Compliance with FBI Background Check and Drug Screening.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Ability to work comfortably with dogs, including physical tasks associated with their care.
Willingness to work in various outdoor conditions.

Application Process:

Our application process is intensive to weed out individuals less dedicated to our mission of excellence in pet care and training.

Qualified applicants will be contacted through Indeed to further investigate whether we believe you align with the position and future goals.
From there, a non-working, unpaid shadow session would be completed (Under 4 Hours)
Successful candidates will then be invited to complete our online PDU program and participate in a working shadow (Approx. 2-3 Weeks)
Full-time positions will be offered to those who excel in these stages.
