Senior Accounting Professional- Top National Accounting Services Firm

We are seeking a Senior Audit Associate with strong external audit experience and a track record of handling complex, Fortune-scale financial work. What You’ll Do

As a Senior Audit Associate, you’ll partner with senior finance leaders at Fortune 1000 and other large organizations to help execute high-priority projects across accounting, audit, and finance. Engagements may include:

External audit preparation and remediation.
Financial reporting and restatements.
SOX, internal controls, and compliance.
Technical accounting.
IPO readiness.
M&A integration, divestitures, and carve-outs.
Budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting.
Consolidations and controllership.
GL and month-end close.
Tax research and reporting.
Restructuring.
System implementations.
Process improvement and project management.

You’ll help clients improve profitability, cash flow, and liquidity while gaining exposure to a broad range of industries, project types, and leadership teams.

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
2+ years of external audit experience at a large CPA firm, including one busy season as a Senior.
Big 4 background strongly preferred.
A combination of external audit and corporate accounting and/or finance experience at a large public company is highly valued.
CPA preferred, or actively progressing toward CPA.
Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and FASB standards.
Strong analytical, technical, and auditing skills.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables and macros, a plus.
Demonstrated career progression and professional stability.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary: $90,000–$115,000, commensurate with experience and market location.
30% guaranteed bonus for the first two years.
