Medical Specialties: Internal Medicine & Primary Care
Work Location: In-person (Pasadena, CA 91106)

What You’ll Do :Front-Office Support (Patient Experience & Workflow)

Warmly greet patients, manage smooth check-ins/check-outs, and establish a welcoming environment.
Efficiently handle scheduling, phone inquiries, and electronic patient records with accuracy and care.
Coordinate patient flow to ensure minimal wait times and an organized, seamless office routine.

Back-Office Clinical Care (Direct Patient Interaction)

Room patients, record accurate vital signs, gather medical histories, and prepare patients for examinations.
Perform venipuncture/blood draws and collect laboratory specimens efficiently and safely.
Assist healthcare providers with minor procedures, exams, and diagnostic screenings.
Administer medications/injections and maintain stringent infection control protocols.
Maintain clean, fully stocked exam rooms and assist with medical inventory management.

What You Bring (Qualifications & Experience)

Back-Office Experience: 3 years of back-office medical assisting experience preferred.
Clinical Skills: 3 years of venipuncture experience preferred.
Technical Proficiency: Experience with EHR/EMR platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.
Patient-Centered Approach: A warm, empathetic demeanor with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Operational Excellence: Exceptional multitasking, organizational skills, and calm composure in a fast-paced clinical setting.
Location: Ability to reliably commute to Pasadena, CA 91106.
