$70K-$100K+ Total Comp · In-Office, Hybrid, or Remote · Active P&C License Preferred (We'll Train + Sponsor)

About Amador Insurance

We're a Colorado-based independent insurance agency aligned with Allstate. We've built proprietary tools, daily coaching systems, and a tiered commission structure that turns motivated producers into top earners. This isn't a "service center with sales as an afterthought" — every role here is sales-driven. Our top retention producers consistently earn $80K-$100K+ annually.

What this role does

As a Customer Retention Producer, you save policies and grow accounts. You'll work a book of customers facing renewals, rate increases, and cancellations — your job is to keep them, rewrite them when carriers change, and cross-sell new lines. You're not cold-calling random leads. You're working with people who already know us.

Day-to-day:

Make outbound calls to customers in renewal/cancellation pipelines (60-100 calls/day via our Convoso dialer)

Save existing customers from leaving — negotiate, rewrite, find new carriers when current ones raise rates

Cross-sell — turn auto monolines into bundle policies, identify life insurance opportunities, write umbrella

Document call outcomes in Salesforce; follow up systematically on quoted-not-bound deals

Get coached daily on SellMeThisPen (SMTP) framework — we measure your call quality and pay you to improve it

Compensation — $70K-$100K+ total annual comp at target

Base salary

Uncapped tiered commission: Emerging tier (0-29 items/mo), Pro tier (30-39), Elite tier (40+) — Elite producers consistently earn 2-3x base in commissions alone

Monthly stackable bonuses: Green-by-15th retroactive ($25/item bonus when you hit 20 VC items by mid-month), bundle protection bonuses, life appointment kept bonuses, cross-sale conversion bonuses, SMTP score performance bonuses

Top performers exceed $100K. Real numbers, not marketing fluff.

What we're looking for

Active Colorado P&C insurance license PREFERRED — but if you don't have one, we'll sponsor your study materials, exam fee, and provide paid training time

Sales DNA — daily numbers matter to you, you compete with yourself, you don't get rattled by rejection

Comfortable on the phone for 6+ hours a day

Spanish + English fluency strongly preferred (large bilingual customer base)

Salesforce experience a plus, but trainable

High school diploma minimum; degree not required if work ethic is there
