As the face of our company, you'll be the first point of contact for our clients, greeting them with a warm smile and ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently. Your excellent communication skills and attention to detail will be key as you handle incoming calls and assist with administrative tasks. Atlas is one of the largest and fastest growing Independent Insurance Agency Groups in MN.

Qualifications

Outgoing & Positive Attitude
Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, & listening)
Experience with Windows based computers
Proficient Typing Skills
Office experience or degree helpful but we are willing to train
Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus

Benefits & Compensation

Monday – Friday 10:00 am to 3:00 pm
Earned Sick and Safe Time
Onsite Parking

Administrative Duties

Greeting visitors
Answering and routing phone calls
Emailing correspondence

Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
