Full Job Description

We are a Dermatology clinic seeking a full time experienced and dynamic self starter to provide front office check-in, check-out, clerical and administrative support to billing and front office departments as needed. Must be a quick learner, multi tasker, and be able to function quickly and patiently in a fast paced environment. Required skills include a friendly and professional attitude, computer literate, scheduling and coordinating appointments on a practice management system, making copies and scans of documents, maintain files and records of an electronic health record, keeping the front office tidy and organized, verifying insurance and maintaining a friendly and positive work environment. The position will work Monday - Thursday from 7 AM to 5 PM.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
