Front Desk Concierge / Receptionist

Lux Offices is a luxury executive office and coworking company providing beautifully appointed office suites, meeting spaces, and professional business services to entrepreneurs, attorneys, medical professionals, financial advisors, and growing businesses throughout Arizona.

We are looking for an energetic, polished, customer-focused Front Desk Concierge who enjoys working with people and creating exceptional first impressions. This position is much more than answering phones—it is the face of our company and plays an essential role in delivering an outstanding experience for our tenants and their guests.

What You'll Do

Professionally greet tenants, guests, and prospective clients
Answer and direct a multi-line phone system with warmth and professionalism
Assist tenants with daily office needs and requests
Welcome visitors for tenant businesses and notify tenants of arrivals
Schedule conference rooms and assist with meeting room preparation
Receive, organize, and distribute mail and packages
Process virtual office mail and administrative services
Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting reception area
Coordinate with vendors and building service providers
Support the Office Director with leasing activities and office tours
Assist with administrative projects as needed
Deliver exceptional customer service while representing the Lux Offices brand

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of receptionist, concierge, hospitality, executive office, or customer service experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Friendly, polished, and professional demeanor
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Ability to learn scheduling and office management software
Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented
Professional appearance and positive attitude

Preferred Experience

Experience in any of the following is a plus:

Executive office suites
Coworking environments
Commercial real estate
Property management
Hospitality or luxury customer service
Administrative support

Compensation & Benefits

$21.00–$24.00 per hour, depending on experience
