Overview
Join our dynamic team as an Accountant, where you will play a pivotal role in managing financial operations and ensuring compliance with accounting standards for small businesses. Your expertise will be essential in navigating financial landscapes for small businesses in a variety of industries. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about financial accuracy and integrity, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

What you’ll do

Prepare bookkeeping and financial statements in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Manage account reconciliation, and balance sheet reconciliation.
Conduct thorough audits and regulatory reporting to maintain transparency and uphold financial integrity.
Utilize accounting software, QuickBooks Enterprise, to streamline financial operations.
Assist with payroll processing thru QuickBooks Enterprise
Complete Sales Tax reports and payments to local governments on behalf of small businesses

Basic qualifications

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks for data analysis and reporting.
Strong understanding of double-entry bookkeeping principles and accrual accounting.

Preferred qualifications

Familiarity with technical accounting concepts.
Proven ability to interpret financial reports and communicate findings effectively.
