Finance Internship

The Finance Intern will assist the Finance team with financial analysis, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and day-to-day accounting and controller activities. This role provides hands-on experience in a fast-paced finance environment supporting multiple industries, products, processes, and production facilities.

Potential locations for this internship include Elkhart, Indiana

As a Finance Intern, you will be working on hands-on projects. Potential projects may include, but are not limited to:

Supporting sales forecasting and trend analysis
Contributing to the preparation and consolidation of monthly and quarterly reporting
Helping improve the organization, consistency, and maintenance of historical financial data
Assisting with budgeting and forecasting processes
Supporting financial analysis and reporting activities
Supporting the Finance team with day-to-day accounting and controller responsibilities
Participating in process improvement initiatives and special projects as assigned

To be successful in this role, you must possess the following:

Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel
Strong analytical and data analysis skills
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent sense of ethics and accountability
Clear, professional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Strong time-management and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn

In addition, you must be actively enrolled in an accredited college or university pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
