Social Media & Community Coordinator
Location: New Hampton, NY (In Office)
Reports To: Brand Marketing & Content Manager
Pay: $22.00-$24.00 per hour, based on experience, skills, and demonstrated talent
About the Role
This is not a "post a few pictures and call it a day" social media job.
We're looking for a creative, organized, and energetic Social Media & Community Coordinator to help grow consumer brands including OG Slime® and Wooly Willy® through engaging content, creator partnerships, and active community management.
While you'll spend much of your time supporting these brands, you'll also have opportunities to contribute across other brands in our portfolio, providing exposure to a variety of audiences, products, and marketing initiatives.
You'll help manage social media publishing, creator outreach, user-generated content (UGC), community engagement, and content organization across multiple platforms. You'll work independently within guidelines established by the Brand Marketing & Content Manager, with real ownership over how the day-to-day work gets done.
We're less interested in years of experience and more interested in attitude, creativity, initiative, and a willingness to learn. If you're excited about social media, creators, content, and consumer brands, this role offers an opportunity to build valuable skills and grow your marketing career.
This is a fast-paced role with plenty of variety. One day you may be editing TikTok content, the next coordinating with creators, organizing content assets, responding to community engagement, or helping launch a new campaign.
If you're looking for a role where you can learn, contribute, and grow, we'd love to meet you.
