LOCATION: MIDLAND/ODESSA, TEXAS

Job Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled and compassionate Ultrasound Tech to join our dynamic healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing diagnostic ultrasound examinations, and provide imaging services at a variety of different locations. Flexible schedule and low volume shifts. The role does include being ON CALL rotating throughout the month, and at least one weekend per month. The position includes occasional travel, typically no more than 60 miles, with paid travel time to cover for staff absences, to ensure a seamless experience for our patients. Key Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality ultrasound examinations and produce accurate images for diagnostic purposes.
- Interpret and analyze ultrasound results, providing preliminary reports to physicians.
- Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout the imaging process.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to discuss imaging findings and patient care.
- Educate patients about ultrasound procedures and answer any questions they may have.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations.

Qualifications
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or a related field.
- Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS) certification.
- Strong knowledge of human anatomy, physiology, and medical imaging techniques.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing needs.

Qualifications:

2 years of medical imaging experience (Preferred). Willing to train the right candidate, recent graduate or student in last semester of graduating. Registry Eligible. More info at time of interview.

Pay: $28-$40+ per hour DOE

Job: Full time, Part Time, PRN

Pay: $28.00 - $75.00 per hour
