Certifications
McGough requires appropriate certification for employees performing certain work on this project.
Employees performing the following activities must have applicable current certification or qualification:
- Rigging
- Forklift / Telehandler operation
- Welding
Applicants must be prepared to provide documentation of applicable certifications before performing those duties.
Candidates with certifications in multiple areas are strongly preferred.

Ironworker Helper Candidates
We are willing to consider a motivated individual with less structural steel experience for an Ironworker Helper / Structural Steel Laborer position.
Candidates with welding-school training, welding experience, construction experience, mechanical aptitude, or experience using construction tools and equipment are encouraged to apply.
This is intended to be a developmental structural steel position—not simply a cleanup labor position. The right candidate will have the opportunity to learn additional aspects of structural steel erection and become a more versatile member of the crew.

Successful candidates must be dependable, safety-conscious, willing to work at heights, able to work effectively as part of a crew, and willing to perform different tasks as needed.
