Insurance Agent Recruiter & Relationship Manager

Axford Senior Marketing is seeking a motivated, relationship-driven professional to help recruit and support independent insurance agents across the country.

If you enjoy talking with people, building relationships, working toward goals, and helping others grow their business, this could be a great fit. Candidates with experience in banking, recruiting, admissions, account management, financial services, customer success, business development, inside sales, hospitality, or other relationship-focused positions are encouraged to apply.

What Success Looks Like

In this role, you will:

Make outbound calls to prospective agents
Build relationships with insurance professionals
Schedule appointments and follow-up conversations
Help agents understand the value of partnering with Axford Senior Marketing
Support new agents through the onboarding process
Maintain consistent activity levels and follow-up schedules
Work toward monthly recruiting and production goals

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is:

Comfortable making outbound calls daily
Motivated by goals and results
Confident speaking with business owners and professionals
Able to build relationships over the phone
Organized and consistent with follow-up
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Interested in sales, marketing, recruiting, or relationship management.
