Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Marketing Coordinator to join our team! In this role, you will drive our marketing efforts by developing innovative campaigns, managing digital platforms, and analyzing performance metrics. Your expertise will help us connect with families and educators, showcasing the enriching programs we offer. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to shape the visibility of a vibrant learning community.

Duties

Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across social media platforms, including Facebook Advertising and social media management tools.
Manage website content using content management systems like WordPress, ensuring information is current and engaging.
Utilize SEO tools and conduct keyword research to optimize online visibility and improve search engine rankings.
Create compelling content for blogs, newsletters, email marketing campaigns, and promotional materials that resonate with our target audience.
Oversee paid advertising campaigns using Google Ads (formerly Google AdWords) and SEM strategies to maximize reach and engagement.
Analyze web analytics reports with tools like Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to measure campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
Collaborate with design teams to produce visually appealing graphics using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite, and basic graphic design principles.

Qualifications

Proven experience with digital marketing tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEO tools, and marketing automation platforms.
Strong proficiency in website management using WordPress or similar content management systems.
Technical skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL are highly desirable for website updates and performance tracking.
Demonstrated ability to manage social media advertising campaigns on platforms like Facebook and other social media channels.
Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to craft engaging content tailored for diverse audiences.
Familiarity with web analytics reporting to evaluate campaign effectiveness and optimize strategies accordingly.
Experience in e-commerce or online educational environments is a plus but not required.
