Overview

Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Hotel Front Desk Associate, where you'll be the welcoming face and first point of contact for our guests. This energetic role offers an exciting opportunity to deliver exceptional guest experiences through attentive service, efficient operations, and seamless communication. Your enthusiasm and professionalism will set the tone for memorable stays and positive guest relations, ensuring every visitor feels valued and cared for from check-in to check-out. Whether managing reservations or handling guest inquiries, your proactive approach will contribute to the smooth running of our hotel environment.

Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional check-in experience.
Manage reservations using property management systems (PMS) such as OPERA or similar platforms, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Handle guest requests, inquiries, and complaints promptly with a customer service-focused attitude.
Operate front desk equipment including phones, computers, and reservation systems while maintaining excellent phone etiquette.
Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest needs are met swiftly.
Conduct night audit procedures when scheduled, balancing accounts and preparing reports for management review.
Follow hotel emergency procedures diligently to ensure guest safety at all times.
Maintain detailed records of guest interactions, reservations, and billing information with precision.
Assist in guest relations efforts by providing local information, amenities details, and personalized service to enhance their stay.

Qualifications

Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations preferred; familiarity with hotel management systems such as OPERA is highly advantageous.
Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to problem-solve quickly and effectively.
Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus, enabling communication with diverse guests.
Strong knowledge of hospitality reservation systems (PMS), property management systems (PMS), and night audit procedures.
Excellent phone communication skills coupled with professional phone etiquette.
Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures and guest safety protocols is essential.
Previous resort or hotel experience enhances your suitability for this energetic role.
Ability to handle high-pressure situations with a positive attitude while maintaining attention to detail in guest services and client communication.
Must be able to work 7a-3p and/or 3p-11p
Must be available Weekends and Holidays
