Xtreme Cryo, LLC is a provider of Whole Body Cryotherapy, Cryoskin 3.0 (body conturing), Infrared sauna, Facilitated Stretch, Halotherapy (Salt) and other wellness services. We serve three primary markets: athletic performance & recovery, pain & inflammation management, and anti-aging & whole body wellness.

We currently have two locations in the Grand Rapids area and are are looking for individuals who take pride in customer service, training and learning to ensure that our clients receive a world-class stretching session as well as our other services.

Facilitated Stretching is an incredible opportunity to gain experience in a new modality that is taking the wellness industry by storm and join our team at our multi-service studio as a Flexologist. You will receive our training to provide one-on-one assisted stretching; the opportunity to customize stretches to clients needs, and provide our other offered services.

Whole Body Cryotherapy is the exposure of the body to extremely cold temperatures of down to -220° in a 3 minute long session that provides a host of benefits to the client.

Cryoskin 3.0 is a process that freezes fat cells and permanently destroys them. This process is hands on and must be comfortable with treating the client which consists of apply a wand device and hand to massage the area of treatment. Treatment is performed on the face, neck, stomach, sides of the stomach, back, thighs - both inner and outer, back of thigh, and arms.

Full-time and Part-time Available (10-30 hours per week)- Current hours are Mon-Fri. 9:00a-7:00p and 10a-1p on Saturday. Must be available for every other Saturday.

Position may be in Eastown or in Gaines Township (M-6 & Kalamazoo Ave.)

This position requires you to touch, position and stretch clients. Must be comfortable with touching others in a professional manner.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Deliver one-on-one assisted stretch sessions as well as provide whole body cryo sessions as needed and assist clients in other services
Encourage and motivate clients throughout stretch sessions
Assist in retaining current clientele, by providing a customer service driven experience and listening to a client’s needs.
Ensure safety of clients regarding proper stretch techniques and enforce Xtreme Cryo’s polices and safety rules
Attend staff meetings and required educational presentations
Assist associates and Manager with services tour and explanation of services and answer client’s questions
Clean and maintain all equipment in order to ensure it is available for client use at any given time

Preferred Qualifications:

Love of fitness and wellness is a must – passion for stretching, mobility and flexibility
Fitness certification preferred with a background as a:
Massage Therapist
Personal Trainer
Pilates or Yoga Instructor
Dance Instructor
Degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, etc
Ability to create a positive environment that welcomes all people.
Must love connecting with people and have passion for helping them achieve goals.
Must have a professional work ethic, be reliable and adhere to our attendance policies.
Must be available to go through our Flexologist Training Program and be certified by ownership and staff that you have mastered our facilitated stretching process before stretching clients (you will be compensated for this time).
