We are seeking a strategic, commercially minded Leader of Imports Supply Chain & Procurement to own and transform our global ingredient sourcing and import supply chain in support of rapid business growth. This is a high-impact leadership opportunity for an experienced procurement and supply chain professional who thrives at the intersection of global sourcing, food ingredients, raw materials, international trade, supplier partnerships, logistics, and providing customer solutions.

You will serve as the critical connection between global suppliers, logistics partners, regulatory agencies, sales, customer service, domestic procurement, operations, and finance, turning global supply chain capabilities into measurable customer and business results.

Strengthen strategic supplier relationships and expand sourcing options.
Improve supply continuity and customer service.
Reduce total land costs and improve margins.
Introduce new products and suppliers that contribute to profitable growth.
Optimize inventory and working capital.
Build scalable procurement and supply chain processes.
Anticipate and mitigate global supply risks before they become business disruptions.
Develop a high-performing team capable of operating strategically and independently.
Establish clear KPIs and use data to continuously improve business performance.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Procurement, Logistics, or a related field.
7+ years of progressive experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, supply chain, or import management.
5+ years of leadership experience managing and developing teams.
Experience in raw materials, food ingredients, food manufacturing, specialty ingredients, flavors, sweeteners, proteins, starches, oils, or related categories.
Demonstrated experience importing food grade products into the United States.
Proven success negotiating international supply agreements.
Experience managing and developing suppliers across multiple global regions.
Strong understanding of international sourcing, logistics, and supply chain risk.

Pay: From $100,000.00 per year
