Who You Are

You have at least 1–2 years of dental or orthodontic front desk experience — insurance, scheduling, and financial conversations are second nature to you
You're warm, outgoing, and can make a nervous new patient feel at ease within seconds
You juggle multiple tasks without dropping the ball — busy days energize you rather than drain you
You communicate clearly and professionally, both in person and in writing
You're detail-oriented, especially when it comes to insurance verification and financial arrangements
Spanish fluency is a strong plus

What You'll Do

Welcome patients and families and guide them through every step of their treatment journey
Handle insurance verification, processing, and coordination
Present and manage financial arrangements with clarity and confidence
Coordinate referral letters and patient follow-up
Share general front desk responsibilities as part of a collaborative team
