Licensed Sales Professional (P&C Insurance) – Remote / Hybrid

Earn $75,000–$120,000+ Your First Year | Top Producers Earn $150,000+

For over 23 years, Merkle Insurance Agency has built a reputation for exceptional customer service, high client retention, and developing successful insurance professionals. We're a growing, high-performing agency looking for an experienced Licensed Sales Professional to join our team.

This position is designed for experienced insurance producers with a proven track record of success. If you're a confident closer who wants quality leads, uncapped income potential, and the opportunity to earn six figures, we'd love to speak with you.

What You'll Do

Quote and sell Personal Lines insurance products
Convert high-quality inbound leads into new customers
Cross-sell additional products to maximize customer value
Build long-term customer relationships through exceptional service
Meet and exceed monthly sales goals
Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up activities

Qualifications

Active Property & Casualty Insurance License
Minimum of 2 years of Personal Lines insurance sales experience required
Proven history of consistently meeting or exceeding sales goals
Strong closing, communication, and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment
Comfortable using agency management systems and multiple software platforms
